An excellent hotel with well trained staff and professionally managed property. Rooms are small but well managed & well equipped. Everything in the room & bathroom is well-maintained & works properly. A rooftop restaurant with a rich menu & good taste adds considerable value. The reception & room service is also very professional, polite & supportive. Hotel management seems to be very much focused towards customer care...... like they offer a round the clock menu....they serve tea/coffee in thermos-flask..all services are with smiles & a decent staff-uniform. Cleanliness & hygin is visible in the entire property. Sufficient perking space with security guard. You feel like you are in a 5-star hotel.......... real value for money. Highly recommended. Appreciable efforts by management & staff.....keep continue the good work.

Mosquito's get into the room. Power outages frequent, breakfast there's one or two items, cereal is stale, coffee and tea are terrible. Bread also seemed stale. Awful experience for people on vacation, ok if you like to nomad around, with big backpacks for one two nights. Not for families Or couples. Blinds do not work, hotel next to building construction, train horns will certainly keep you awake evey hour, and very loud. Nothing to see or visit in the vicinity. In the middle of nowhere.

The restaurant management really went out of the way to make our stay comfortable.They took really good care of the senior family members. Since we were on a Birding tour they managed to prepare packed breakfast for us early in the morning with a smile!

There was WiFi issue, it was disconnecting frequently, so don't depend on hotel Internet. Bathroom is small, food price in restaurant is high. It's an average hotel with basic facilities but not good for family.

Third class hotel management and room service. Of there was only a negative rating google would allow, I would have given it that. The bathroom is tiny, small is still a bigger word for it. There is no coordination for booking system with, after reaching the hotel they tell you they have no rooms available. They dont even provide bathroom slippers which is very basic, and upon raising the issues they very casually deny it. The bathroom door is even broken. Very very pathetic and irresponsible negligent behaviour on the part of hotel and staff as well
